Overview

The Capacity Building Cohort is a 12-month organisational strengthening programme designed for NPOs that are ready to deepen their impact, build sustainability, and enhance their operational effectiveness.

Through this cohort, participating organisations gain access to quarterly workshops, monthly mentorship, and hands-on implementation support in key areas such as fundraising, financial management, governance, compliance, and the adoption of digital and AI tools.

This programme goes beyond training — it provides practical guidance, tailored support, and proven strategies to help NPO leaders strengthen their organisations, unlock new opportunities, and create lasting change in the communities they serve.
